Once again... :|

I wish summer would last until October, school bores me :(



Updating on my life...



I've been using this natural home-made remedy for a couple of weeks now... Helped my skin alot, and the full results are expected in a few more weeks :D
It made my skin really soft, even softer than my brother's, which is a big accomplishment. Quote "Yay me!" XD



I'm really pleased with it ^w^




Been reading books again. I could say I don't feel so bad anymore :3
But then I lost my interest in what I've spent most of my time on for the past few weeks. Not that it's a bad thing...


I really don't feel like going to the mall anymore.



And then I'm leaving this option I had to dye my hair. I'd rather keep my hair in this color...
I don't want to follow that trend. It's like... Branding myself as a fob, I don't know... I just don't like how some people look like when the colour in their hair fades out. I mean it's bad enough, dye damages your hair. Except for henna maybe...



Well whatever :X

I'm wondering how the last Harry Potter movie will turn out. They left out some really important parts in the book in the previous movies.
But then the movie and the book equals Fullmetal Alchemist manga and the anime...


The movie may be based on the book but it has some elements of its own, you can't expect everything in the book to be in the movie. Alot of people expect the movie to be exactly like the book but really...




But I have to admit Order of the Phoenix was disappointing cause I really wanted to see those cool stuff in the Ministry TT.TT
The revolving door, the rooms with those brains, time-turners, whatever...





And then in the latest movie they left out the Gaunts and Hepzibah Smith, and I really do think that those memories were crucial plot points.

But I guess the movie makers don't want to delve in too much into Riddle's past, I don't blame them XDXD

Top Five Hairstyles for Men

Am I the only person who picks their top five hairstyles for the opposite gender? At least I don't think so, but it's summertime and I'm being tortured from boredom.


Anyways, I was picking out hairstyles for men that I liked and I came up with these. I know I'm really biased, but these were the hairstyles I liked and the models do them justice :D


So here we go!

#5- Root Hair







Isn't it weird? XD
The root hair is actually an original, by Micky Yoochun and/or his stylist. Honestly, it wasn't really accepted by the majority of those people who have seen it, but I liked it :3 It's outlandish and brave, and I think of it as a modified bowl cut. Plus Micky Yoochun really pops it.

The only thing I don't like about this hairstyle is the highlighted hair on the left side. I'm not really a fan of blonde hair on guys. :




#4- Medium-length wavy hair with side bangs






Waves! ^o^ I prefer the fresh look over spiky hair, because I don't like the latter >.<
Personally I think spiky hair looks bad, and it's over-rated anyway. This hairstyle gives a fresh feeling to it... And the sidebangs in their wavy state look so cute :3




#3- Crooked bowl cut







Another strange hairstyle :3
You might think that this is in no way stylish but I like it. It reminds me of the root hair, since they're both modified bowl cuts.
I like how the bangs are crooked, isn't that weird? It looks untouched and messy. I don't know why I like these kinds of hair... XD

On a side note, the model's hair looks really dry D: Or that's how the style is supposed to be. Nonetheless I really like how he wears this style. It would look good with auburn hair too...




#2- Short wavy hair with side-swept bangs







Another modified bowl cut XD
Now I think this cut was popularized by Kim Beom? I'm not entirely but I saw it on him before some other people started wearing it. The layered waves are cute! *^w^*
This really looks good on him though... It really makes him look expensive XD I think this hair would look the best on guys with baby faces. But if you have strong, rough features with a square-shaped face... This wouldn't look too good on you XD




#1- Flat medium-length cut with side-swept bangs







Please ignore his expression XD He's SINGING, not what you think he's doing.

Now I know, it looks so ordinary. But with all those guys styling their hair to stand out, I think only a few guys wear their hair like this.
Maybe because they think it's too simple?
Still I really do love this hairstyle. It looks unmade and yet dressed at the same time.
The colour makes it look fresh.

Plus the model really makes it look great :D

Lemons

From experience, I can say that lemons are really really useful :D

I'm not a professional or anything but I want to share some experiments you can do with lemons.









Skin whitening





Simply soak a cotton ball or some other similar material in natural lemon juice and apply to your skin. I do this whenever I remember to on my elbows, and I have to say they lightened up a bit ^^v





As a household cleaner





Apparently this fruit can be used as a cleaning formula. There are many uses for lemons at home. For example, you can actually remove stains on some surfaces when mixed with some other substances such as baking soda.





Acne





You can clear up some of those evil pimples with lemon juice too ^w^ It can be used as an ingredient for home-made masks or you can simply wash your face at night with lemon juice.





Warts





Just apply lemon juice to a wart, simple as that. It will dry off if you do it daily. A much more natural and cheap way to get rid of those warts, instead of buying a wart removal cream XD





Bleaching hair





Mind you, I haven't tried this yet but still I will share. You can apply in lemon juice to your hair with cotton balls or a sprayer, and leave it out in the sun. I don't know for how long though >.<>
:O And I think that you'd only get highlights with this method as well ... Just don't forget to wash your hair right after your hair's lightened up a bit.

I might try this experiment some time :3





For wounds, stings and itchness





Lemon juice can also be used as a disinfectant for cuts and bruises. It will sting, I'm not denying it. You can also apply this to insect stings and itches.













So there's my list!~

There are actually alot more things you can do with lemons but I'm not aware of them all XD You can look it up if you want, since this is all I can come up with.









On a side note, I think my blog would be filled with this kinda stuff O_O

Strawberry fields forever!

Haven't posted for awhile... :3


This past week was full of activities that I didn't have time to go online :(
So I'll just share.



My dad had his birthday two days before my sister did :D I'm too scared to ask him how old he turned that day XD We didn't have much of a celebration though, it's kinda unfair, really.

My mom brought us to eat at her friend's house and I guess that was enough to be a birthday celebration for him. I think I was the only one who got him a gift ... TT.TT
And it was just a birthday card.

After that we went to Canada Place (along with the rest of the population) and watched the fireworks display. It went on for more than 35 minutes I think...



But man, the place was PACKED and it was like a stampede when the people started leaving. We had to wait for the train station to clear up for 20 minutes O_O Freaky.


And I saw 8th-graders chain-smoking. I seriously hate smokers.
Especially the ones younger than me.





Oh well... When I get a job and earn enough money I'll buy my dad something he'll like... But I dunno what it would be :\
Maybe I'll just buy my parents a townhouse when I get older.




We went out to the mall on my sister's birthday. Then had a celebration at home.
Kinda boring... But I guess I'll have to get used to it since I'm not a kid anymore.

The rest of the week was pretty much filled with the same activities... I didn't do anything fun yesterday though :(



So Sunday is supposed to be Church day right? Well I haven't gone to Church for at least two weeks :P
I know this is bad but I can't blame anyone XD
Meh.


Instead we went to the middle of nowhere. To the strawberry farms and the mountains and the lakes. Spent most of the time in the car and my iPod died TT.TT
But I got to pick strawberries!~ ^w^ *cough*forthefirsttimeinmylife*cough*
It's actually fun. And tiring. You have to bend over to pick the berries.
One time I saw this big red one and I was about to grab it, but when I held the stem there was a huge dried insect D:

Aish~

Boys should have more of these...

A guy + stuffed toys = MAGNIFICO!~

This is just my opinion but to all the guys out there...
